Marilyn Pearson reported on status of Non-Profit filing with the IRS. Takes 180 days for decision on reinstatement after application is received. Jon Putnam received confirmation of receipt of application, but the name listed was Newington Sky Club, Inc., even though all our paperwork had the correct name. Even the IRS makes mistakes! State of CT filing for NSC, Inc. is up to date with officers and addresses. Going forward the club will work on a “crib sheet” to be sure new officers will know what the responsibilities are. It’s simple when done correctly and timely.

Wednesday January 11, 2017 is the state GS race and Wednesday February 8th the state Slalom race at Mt. Southington.

50/50 Raffle: Kathy McGuiness won $11.50, meeting was adjourned at 8:25 pm.
