Secretary’s Report: the minutes were accepted

Membership: 43 new members, but we are down 30% in total membership from last year. Paper memberships have not yet been counted. We are hoping for additional member sign-ups when it snows. Suggestions were made to send personal emails to new members, and remind old members about our activities. More ski area deals may be one reason our membership is down. Suggestion to extend our discount membership rate until the end of November was discussed again, approved at the last meeting.
