Treasurer’s Report submitted by Mike Isko for Jack Fede: Monies are holding steady. Accepted and seconded by members present.
Secretary’s Report: presented by Eva Tyburski. Accepted and seconded by members present.
Membership Report presented by Mike Isko in Mike Brown’s absence. Registration will be possible online by the next meeting. Members may continue to pay by check if so inclined.
There are approximately 185 members.
CSC Update: See the CSC website skiclub.com for detailed information regarding tickets to ski areas and Monday night racing. The Snowball will not be held. It will be replaced by a Spring Picnic again. All picnic events will begin earlier this year.
Old Business:
The Alvarium Brewery event was well received by members who attended as was the Radio Horror Show.
New Business:
Finances: Jon Putnam and Marilyn Pearson’s names have been removed from the NSC account. It is now designated as a business account.
Open House: Joe M and Rusty C will co-chair the Open House. Marilyn would like to be involved as well.
Racing: Racing begins on December 19th.
This is the 50th Anniversary of Racing for NSC. Ron is in charge of Racing activities. Registration will be available online until noon each Monday.
The upstairs at the lodge will be open for adults.
There will be special prices for both light beers and IPAs & a Pizza Truck available. Seniors will race first this year.
NSC invitation: NSC invited us to the Okemo Interclub Race.
Bulk Tickets: Leftover Pico tickets will be offered as Raffle prizes.
Warren Miller Film: November 5th. Tailgating will take place.
Snowbound Expo: will take place in Boston November 17-20. Marilyn has 4 free tickets. Contact her if you are interested.
Noyes Hike: will be held 11.12 at Heublein Tower.
Holiday Party: Ted Rogala is the host for the Holiday Party at J. Timothy’s on January 21, 2023.
